Face values are evaluated according to:

\[ \phi_f = \phi_c + \Delta \grad{\phi}_{ref} \]

where

\( \phi_f \)	=	face value
\( \phi_c \)	=	cell value
\( \grad(\phi)_{ref} \)	=	reference gradient
\( \Delta \)	=	face-to-cell distance
